Our partners bring significant experience and expertise to develop our deepC Store project, as technical experts, LNG project investors who can be potential CO2 suppliers, and investors in the deepC Store Project.

Kyushu Electric Power is our prospective investor and participant in our deepC Store project.

Kyushu Electric Power is Japan’s 5th largest power company by sales volume and is also an LNG Buyer of approximately 5 million tonnes per annum from over 20 countries. Kyushu Electric Power is a non-operating joint venture participant in Wheatstone LNG project.

Mitsui OSK Lines is our prospective investor and participant in our deepC Store project, as well as our prospective owner and operator of the liquid CO2 carrier fleet.

Mitsui OSK Lines is the global leader in the shipping industry, which operates about 800 vessels all over the world, including its LNG fleet (including FSRU) totaling approximately 100 carriers and one of the world's largest dry bulk carrier fleets.

Osaka Gas is our prospective investor and participant in our deepC Store project.

Osaka Gas is Japans second largest gas utility company by sales volume and is also an LNG Buyer of approximately 9 million tonnes per annum. Osaka Gas is a non-operating joint venture participant of Gorgon LNG project, Ichthys LNG project, Crux Gas Field and Sunrise Gas Field.


Technip Energies will solely engineer, procure, construct and install our CO2 capture, liquefaction and offloading facilities at the CO2 emitter site locations for our CStore1 Project.

Technip Energies will also solely engineer, procure, construct and install our subsea facility and/or the fixed offshore facility to tie the CO2 injection well with the offshore CO2 Floating Storage and Injection Hub for our CStore1 Project.

Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) will identify potential subsurface CO2 storage sites, assess the potential sites and assist with the selection of preferred CO2 storage sites for the deepC Store Project.

CSIRO carries out scientific research to assisting Australian industry, furthering the interests of the Australian community and to contribute to the achievement of Australian national objectives or the performance of the national and international responsibilities of the Commonwealth.
